TESTING AT THE END OF 8 WEEK TRAINING PHASE

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING TESTING.

At CONDITN., we follow an 8-week training block meticulously designed to progressively increase the complexity and intensity of workouts, ensuring optimal muscle growth, strength gains, and overall fitness improvement.

Our approach integrates a strategic undulating rep scheme in our LIFT. sessions, alternating sets, reps, and weights to continuously challenge your muscles and prevent plateaus. This method enhances strength and hypertrophy with staple movements like back squats on Mondays, bench press on Tuesdays, deadlifts on Thursdays, and overhead press on Fridays. Concurrently, our BASE. and ENGINE. sessions utilise progressively longer work times and intervals to push your cardiovascular and muscular endurance, with dynamic exercises tailored to elevate your stamina and agility.

Focus: Assess your cardiovascular endurance and stamina by completing erg machine tests in your fastest possible time. This helps gauge your aerobic capacity and cardiovascular fitness.
