IT’S GAME TIME.
Match Day, held on Saturday during Testing Week, is the culmination of our 8 week training block and serves as the ultimate test of your fitness journey. This exhilarating event transforms the gym into a vibrant arena of friendly competition, where teams of participants face off in a dynamic hybrid workout designed to challenge every aspect of their fitness.
Match Day is not just about testing your limits, it’s a celebration of your hard work and progress. It’s a day of camaraderie, competition, and fun, marking the end of an intensive training block and the beginning of a new chapter in your fitness journey.

Team-Based:
You will be grouped into a team, encouraging you to working together and navigate a series of challenging exercises that require strength, endurance, and strategic teamwork. Teams race against each other in a high-energy yet supportive environment, motivating you to push harder and perform at your best.
Hybrid Workout:
The workout combines elements from our LIFT., ENGINE., and BASE. classes. Expect a mix of resistance training, cardio, bodyweight exercises, and dynamic movements. Each segment of the workout is designed to push your limits and test your overall fitness.
The atmosphere on Match Day is filled with encouragement from peers and coaches. The sense of community and shared goals creates a motivating environment that helps participants exceed their own expectations.
To add to the excitement there are awesome prizes up for grabs for the winning teams and outstanding individual performances.
