  • CONDITN. GAMES is a high-energy, competitive fitness event held across CONDITN. training studios. Athletes compete in teams of three (male, female, or mixed) in a series of strength and conditioning challenges designed to test raw power, endurance, and teamwork.

    The event kicks off with in-studio qualifiers on May 24, and the top-performing teams will advance to the CONDITN. GAMES Finals on June 14 in Manly. It’s open to all fitness levels and built to celebrate performance, community, and the pursuit of progress.

    Teams of 3 will take on two scored events during a 30-minute heat window. These workouts are designed to test strength, strategy, stamina, and resilience. All fitness levels are welcome — but make no mistake, this will challenge even the fittest athletes.

    EVENT 1: WHEELHOUSE

    Time Cap: 30 minutes
    Goal: Max Strength Test (3RM)

    • Each team member completes one of the three lifts — no doubling up.

    • You’ll have time to warm up and find your 3RM (3 rep max) for your selected lift.

    • Your team’s score = total kilograms lifted across all three movements.

    Lifts:
    A. Squat – 3 Rep Max
    B. Bench Press – 3 Rep Max
    C. Deadlift – 3 Rep Max

    EVENT 2: HORSE LUNGS

    Time Cap: 30 minutes
    Goal: Complete all work As Fast As Possible (AFAP)

    • One person working at a time — team strategy is key.

    • Your team’s score = total time taken to finish all work.

    The Workout:
    A. Row or Ski – 120 calories
    B. Plate Ground-to-Overhead (GTOH) 20kg/10kg – 100 reps
    C. Dual Dumbbell Thrusters 20kg/12.5kg – 80 reps
    D. Dual Dumbbell Hang Clean + Jerk 20kg/12.5kg – 60 reps
    E. Burpee to Plate – 40 reps
    F. Dual Dumbbell Devil’s Press 20kg/12.5kg – 20 reps
    G. Ski or Row – 120 calories

    Heats run from 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM

    Finals: Saturday, 14th June

    CONDITN. Manly – The best teams from each studio will battle it out in person for the championship title.
