• 7.20am-7.30am – Finish Run at Jacob the Angel Cafe located at 25hours Hotel The Olympia.

Our RUN coaches will take you through a guided run, finishing at Jacob the Angel for your morning caffeine hit!


PILATES: Be guided through a Mat Pilates session in the gorgeous newly opened 25hours Hotel The Olympia.
